How do I buy one of the artworks?

All artworks are for sale, unless listed as ‘Sold’. Please click the ‘Enquire’ button to contact us if you would like further details or to purchase an artwork. Alternatively you can call, text or Whatsapp us on +44(0)7921 004 907 (Charlotte) or +44(0)7570 295 714 (Alix). We aim to respond to all enquiries within two working days.

What is the payment process?

An invoice is issued which includes the gallery's bank account details for payment in GBP.

What are your delivery options?

Prices shown on the website do not include any additional delivery costs. We will provide a quote for shipment at point of sale, to be included on the invoice.

We ship using either DHL Tracked & Insured or specialist courier Pack & Send for smaller to mid-sized artworks. Shipping rates are calculated based on the size and weight of the artwork as well as the delivery address. If you’d like to upgrade your shipping to a specialist art handler we can happily arrange this for you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we are pleased to ship to collectors across the world. Please contact us for a shipping quote. Customers outside of the UK, both in Europe and worldwide, might have to pay taxes, import duties and/or handling fees upon entry of the artwork into your own country. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that artworks are imported legally into their own country and that the correct duties are paid.

Do you offer refunds on artwork?

If there is an issue with your purchase please contact us at hello@astraygallery.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Should any artwork not be wanted, please contact us within 14 days to discuss a return. Once we have received the item, we will refund your original payment, provided it is returned in perfect condition. Return delivery costs are at the buyer’s expense and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Can I see the work in person before purchasing?

This may be possible depending on the location of the artwork. Please get in touch with us to discuss.

Do you accept submissions from artists?

We love to discover new artists that align with our aesthetics and ideas. Please send an artist statement, link to your website and/or social media channels, and a PDF of available work to hello@astraygallery.com.
