About the Artist
Matthew Storstein lives and works in the rural Scottish town of Aberfeldy. A graduate of Glasgow School of Art in 1996, Matthew is a well-regarded painter in Scotland. Approaching painting as a journey of discovery, his creative process unfolds as he works, with figures and landscapes often emerging from abstract forms - shapes, colours and surfaces.
